Making the book
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the preview we print in 2–3 days, then delivery takes 2–6 days depending on your governorate. You get a WhatsApp update at every step.
Proposed policy for launch.Can I change a page after I see it?
Yes. Redraw any page, swap its adventure, or replace the photo before you approve. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
Do you deliver to every governorate?
Yes, all 27. Shipping is calculated by zone at checkout and is free over a set order value.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes. Add extra copies at checkout: one for Teta, one for the classroom, one to keep clean.
Arabic or English?
Both. Arabic editions bind on the right and open right-to-left, like real Arabic books.
What ages is it for?
From 2 to 9 and up. We adjust line thickness and detail to their age: chunky shapes for toddlers, intricate pages for patient big kids.
Photos & drawings
Will the drawings really look like my child?
Our AI illustrator works from your photos to keep what makes them recognisable: hair, face shape, smile, favourite clothes. It is a drawing, not a photograph, so likeness can vary a little between pages. You review every page and can ask for a redraw.
Which photos work best?
Bright, sharp photos where their face is clearly visible and they are the main person in the frame. Skip sunglasses, heavy filters and big group shots.
Do I need to write prompts or know anything about AI?
No. You choose worlds and scenes like picking a bedtime story. If you want, you can add one line about something they love.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Because every book is made for one child, cash on delivery needs a 50% deposit first, paid online. You pay the rest to the courier.

Printing & quality
What if the book arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days and we reprint it for free.

Pages are printed on one side of thick, smooth paper, so markers do not bleed into the next drawing. Crayons, coloured pencils and markers all work.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to draw your book, never to train AI, and deleted 30 days after delivery. You can delete your book project yourself any time before printing starts.

They sit in private storage with no public links. Only a prepared copy goes to our AI illustrator, and the printer receives the final pages, never your photos.
