Shipping and delivery

We deliver to all 27 governorates of Egypt, to the address you give at checkout.

• The shipping fee depends on your delivery zone, which is based on your governorate. It is calculated at checkout, and you see it before you pay.
• Shipping is free when your order is above a set amount. The amount is set in the shop and shown at checkout. Needs confirmation

• We start making your book only after you approve the preview.
• Printing and packing take 2–3 days.
• Delivery takes 2–6 business days after that, depending on your governorate.
• Couriers do not deliver on Fridays.

Public holidays can add a day or two.

• We send you a WhatsApp update at every step, from printing to delivery.
• You can also follow your order any time on the Track order page.

• Please check your address and phone number at checkout. A wrong address or number can delay your book.
• The courier usually calls before arriving. Please keep your phone close on delivery day. Needs confirmation
• Need to change the address? Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, before the book ships.

If you choose to pay a deposit, you pay 50% online when you order. The courier collects the rest in cash when your book arrives.

Please have the remaining amount ready in cash on delivery day.

Your book is made only for your child, so we cannot sell it to anyone else. If the order is refused at the door:

• we keep the deposit to cover printing and shipping, and
• we hold the book for 14 days. Message us on WhatsApp in that time to arrange a new delivery.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we reprint it for free.
